Founded in 1994, Quality Fabrications Limited specialises in stainless steel products, primarily for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and food industries. The company offers a full package from design through manufacture to installation. Among the products made to the highest standard are pressure vessels, holding tanks, charge hopers, process chutes, cleanroom and sanitary equipment. Also, for the food sector there are many products such as process equipment for the meat and fish industries. Mobile and fixed platform systems are designed and manufactured to client specifications as well.
Process chutes and pressure vessels fabricated specially for use in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries are subject to full certification, with third part inspection where required. Other facilities include rolling and Laser/plasma cutting. Located in Little Island Industrial Estate, close to the Jack Lynch Tunnel, Quality Fabrications Limited has the advantage of easy access from Cork City and to the major Dublin, Waterford and West Cork routes.
